Brief introduction

This overhead crane is of Main load 25 ton, aux load 10 ton, span 19.5m, HOL 9 m. It is of Europe style design, based FEM standard.

QD model crane is of higher work duty, which can reach A5, A6, A7, A8; and large tonnage, such as 50 ton, 80 ton, 100 ton, 200 ton, 250 ton, 300 ton, 500 ton, etc.

It is composed of crane trolley (winch trolley), end truck, bridge girder, electrical system, etc.

Control way can be cabin, or, Pendant, and remote. The cabin is Full field of view, suspended under the main girder.

It is widely used for mechanical assembly , mechanical repair , stone processing , steel handling , metallurgical , chemical workshops, power stations, material yards，Etc

Work Features

(a) The Whole crane is of variable speed by VFD ~~Schneider electricals/ Siemens main electric parts , Schneider VFD, SEW brand geared motors;

(b) Main lifting speed: 0-10m/min; Aux lifting speed: 0-12.7m/min; CT speed: 0-25m/min; LT speed: 0-50 m/min;

(d) Europe style design of low headroom, low deadweight, low noise, power-saved, investment-saved, etc;

(e) Smart anti-swaying system is optional;

(f) We can reserve the Gateway, for the future upgrading project to automation, intelligient crane, even, non-person workshop.
