• Brief introduction

Curve rail is the key part for monorail crane system; Rail type: KBL I, II, II-L;  Curve angle: 30, 60, 90, 120 degree; Radius: 1M, 1.5M, 2M, 3M, 5M, 8M.

The basic elements are special cold-rolled track sections available in six sizes:
KBL 100 Load capacity up to 125 kg; KBL I Load capacity up to 500 kg; KBL II-L Load capacity up to 1,000 kg; KBL II Load capacity up to 2,000 kg; KBL II-R Load capacity up to 2,000 kg, with 5-pole power supply arranged inside; KBL II-T trengthened section for single and double-girder cranes;  KBL III (UK40) Load capacity up to 3,200 kg. 

All components are either galvanised or finished with a coat of synthetic resin-based paint or powder-coated. Straight and curved sections are made of special cold-rolled profiles which feature high rigidity and stability for a low dead-weight. The profile sections for loads up to 2,000 kg are hollow track sections with protected inside running surfaces. KBL II profile sections can also be supplied with integrated conductor lines (KBL II-R rail).

The components comprising KBL light crane system are all standard modules, which ensures batch and high-quality production and thus,the system is very reliable for the main body of the system module consists of three types of cold-rolled section steel of high strength, good rigidity, light self-weight, which ensures the stability of the system.

KBL system makes it possible to flexibly design and install the crane system in accordance with the individual work positions of the factory.from chosen spot conveying to highly accurate multi-spot or multi-beat automatic comveying line, free combinations are possible. it is appilcable to both newly desighed workshop and the rebuliding or extension of the old system.

KBL system enjoys very convenient installation and debugging. The connection between the section material and individual standard modules can be made only with bolts. With KBL system, the factory can save the space and area.reduce the energy consumption and thus raise the benefit of the enterprise. The system may be operated manually. Automatically or semi-automatically with high efficiency. The design of KBL system meets the stipulations specified in the document of the ministry of labor of our country such as safety specifications for hoisting machinery and the document issued by the ministry of machinery industry like design specifications for cranes,  which ensures safe use and long working life.
