This project is a talor-made design in Moscow area. Due to the limited height of the work shop, only 5m from ground to the ceiling,  we have to make the effective lifting height as higher as possible. We upgraded the traditional design of the hoist and the crane girder; and finally realize the effective lifting height as 4.2~4.3 m.

Brief introduction

This project is a talor-made design in Moscow area. Due to the limited height of the work shop, only 5m from ground to the ceiling, we have to make the effective lifting height as higher as possible. We upgraded the traditional design of the hoist and the crane girder; and finally realize the effective lifting height as 4.2~4.3 m. We have the key parameters as the followings:

(1) Load: 3.2 ton; span: 8m; total height: 4.8m;  HOL: 4.3m; 
(2) All the movements of the cranes are Variable speed by VFD, esp, the lifting speed, we also use the Varibale speed by VFD; 
(3) Top configurations~~ Schneider electricals, Schneider VFD, Taiwan Telecrane brand remote control, Europe brands geared motors, such as German Abm, or, British Nidec-CT.
