Main features: 

1, Reel. It is made of high quality seamless pipes and machined by Numeral control machine. After special finishing, the rope groove on reel works coordinately with rope guider, effectively prevent rope loosing and tangling.

2, Steel rope. It is France product of top quality and long worklife, whose tensile strength is 2160KN/MM2.

3, Rope guide. Standard rope guide is made and machined from engineering plastics which is of strong abrasion resistance and good self-lubricating performance; it greatly reduced the wear of steel rope as main force safety components and then enhances safety of hoisting mechanism. Meanwhile, according to different situation, we can also offer the heavy duty type rope guide, made of nodular cast iron.

4, Geared motors. Normally, we adopt German Abm/ Nord/ Sew brand; lifting motor is of double speed geared motor; traveling motor is of variable frequency type, controlled by inverter. The motor shell is made of aluminum alloy by extruding, which has good dissipation. The fan is installed on motor end to enhance the cooling effects. Thermal resistor is embedded into winding group of motor to prevent probable motor overheating. It is of F insulation class and IP 54 Protection class; high speed and low noise.

5, Brake. It is a part of Abm geared motor, of double disc electromagnetic brake. The brake will automatically close if the motor is power-off, in order to avoid load slipping off. The brake clearance does not need to be manually regulated after being initially set (It can be regulated automatically by brake spring); if the thickness of brake pad is lower than the setting, it will automatically alarm through additional monitor switch, in order to remind user to replace it. Double disc electromagnetic brake is safe and reliable; the brake torque is higher than 1.8 times of rated torque; the braking time reach to 1million times. It does not need maintenance in the safety service circle. In summary, it is of fast movement, high reliability, maintenance-free, self-adjusting, and dust-proof design.

6, Reducer. Reducer shell adopt the aluminum alloy, which is of light weight and corrosion proof. The semi-grease lubricant in the enclosure box make all gears lubricated fully and could not be changed within the safety work circle.

7, Safety Protection.

The up-down limit switch adopts the accurate gear-driving type limiter, which will cut off power circuit reliably if the hook reaches the upper or lower limit. The traveling limit switch adopts the Italy GG cross type limiter.

Overload protector would automatic cut off lifting electric circuit if the pulling force of wire rope is more than 105% of the rated.

Safety Monitor is an optional device to customer. It can implement many functions:

a)  Compute the rest circle of safety work of hoisting mechanism;

b)  Accumulated working time for lifting

c)  Accumulate overload times

d)  Accumulate startup times of hoisting motor

e)  Over-heat protection of hoisting motor and alarm

f)  Overload protection and alarm

g)  Brake pad thickness alarm

h)  Display fault information and maintenance tips.

7, Electrical box, cable, pendant controller.

The electrical box is of anti-corrosion surface, reasonable layout, IP55 protection class; all wires has its own color, number. All the connections are through Air plugs and sockets. Electricals are of Schneider brand, or Siemens; pendant controller is of IP65 protection class, water-proof, dust proof (Italy GG brand is optional).
