Brief introduction

Open winch trolley is the key hoisting unit for the double girder overhead crane & gantry crane. It is of large load capacity from 5 ton to 500 ton, even, 1000 ton; higher work duty from M5 to M8.

Our winch trolley is of Europe style design, based FEM standard, which is of of low headroom, low deadweight, low noise, power-saved, investment-saved, etc. It is of top configurations, such as German SEW, KPM brand geared motors, Flender or KPM reducers, Schneider electricals, Schneider/ABB / Yaskawa or China Inovance brand VFD.

It is widely used for mechanical assembly , mechanical repair , stone processing , steel handling , metallurgical , chemical workshops, power stations, material yards，Etc

Superior Work Features: (Compared with Hoist trolley)

1, Heavy load capacity: 5 ton, 10 ton, 16 ton, 20 ton, 32 ton, 50 ton, 100 ton, 160 ton, 200 ton, 320 ton, 500 ton; the Max even reach 1000 ton; while the load of electric hoist trolley cannot reach 100 ton;

2, High work duty: M5 / FEM2M, M6 / FEM3M, M7 / FEM4M, M8 / FEM5M; While the hoist Work duty is only M5 / FEM2M at most;

3, Fast speed. According to work site requirement, the max lifting speed could reach 8m/min, 12m/min, 20m/min, even, faster; the traveling speed could reach max 40-80 m/min; While the lifting speed of hoist is only 5m/min, running 20m/min;

4, All the speeds are of variable speed by VFD; while most hoists are of double lifting speed by pole-changing, which is not compatible to the Smart control system.

5, Very compatible to the automation crane, smart cranes, & IOT (Internet of Things), due to the previous outstanding work features.

6, Modern control with Smart features are all optional, such as smart anti-swaying, smart safety monitoring system, automated systems & connectivity, etc.
