5 + 5 ton single girder crane with smart anti swaying function

This is a 5 + 5 ton 15 m single girder overhead crane with double europe style electric hoist and smart Anti-sway device in workshop for material handling.
It is of advanced technology, whose design is based on international standard: FEM (Europe), DIN (Germany), ISO(International), equipped with many advantages such as: strong rigidity, light dead weight, low power, outstanding structure design etc.
The configurations are very advanced, such as Schneider electricals, ABM/Nord / SEW triple gear motor (three in one: motor, gear box, brake), galvanized high strength wire rope, self-adjusted disk brake, hard tooth reducer, programmable lifting limit switch, and so on.
Introduction of Smart Anti-swaying
At present, Dima Crane carried out substantial research and development on crane electrical anti-swing control technology for many years, achieving the leading level internationally. The technology is developed based on European FEM and IEC standards and meets the high-end intelligent requirements, achieving high reliability, high safety, high efficiency, and ease of use.
Main function options
At present, this technology has been widely used in our crane products. Practice has proved that the "crane anti-swing control technology" is precise in swinging prevention. This technology reduces the swing amplitude of crane load by more than 95%, and has high precision in swinging prevention and control.
The new generation cranes with anti-swing and automatic positioning functions have been transformed into “lifting robots”, making the transporting work more automatic, more accurate, more stable and safer, and making it possible to realize full-automatic assembly line operation in various transporting processes of cranes.
