This is a clean room jib crane project in Vietnam, which need a movable column jib crane for replace beer filter element, with lifting capacity of 250kg and 150kg. Due to the work site situation, customer has some special request:
1.Main structure must be 304 stainless steel;
2.Load 250kg, jib length is 3.5m, Height adjustable 2m-4.5m;
3.Height adjustment realized by multiple hydraulic cylinders;
4.Slewing angle is 360°, electric traveling, control by remote,which save labor.
This is challenge to us, due to this request is too rare and too special, using 304 stainless steel .
Anyway,our design team think of a good solution and realizing all these requests by customer, who highly approved our solution.
