Brief introduction:

This is a 160/50 ton overhead crane, which is of Europe style design for an electricity plant to mainly lift the power transformer~~ HENAN DIMA CRANE system | HENAN DIMA CRANE CMS

this is for our old customer in Jiangsu province. Due to the large dead weight, large crane span and large lifting height, we face great challenge when doing the installation, esp, we have to lift the crane body from ground directly to the top Runway beam~~because, the workshop ceiling can not open. We use 2 sets of 200ton truck crane;

defeat all the difficulties and finally finished all the installation work, commissioning and static load testing.

Key paramters:

(a) Main load 160 ton, aux load 50 ton, span 30m, HOL 36 m,

(b) The Whole crane is of variable speed by VFD and PLC~~Schneider electricals, Schneider VFD, Siemens PLC, SEW geared motors;

(d) Work Duty: FEM2M, A5; Cabin control
